Whether members are changing industries, re-entering the workforce, or pivoting within their current roles, Juno provides the tools, support, and connections they need to move forward with confidence. Through educational workshops, Juno Circle meetings, and curated networking events, they create space for career growth, meaningful conversations, and the power of collective momentum.
CHALLENGE:
Juno came to us looking for clarity. As their collective started to grow, they needed a messaging strategy that communicated who they are, what they offer, and why it matters. Their goal was to attract more aligned members and elevate the visibility of their networking events. They were also looking for a sustainable digital marketing approach to keep their audience engaged and informed across platforms.
SOLUTION:
We started with a deep dive into Juno’s brand identity, evaluating their existing messaging and identifying gaps in clarity and consistency. From there, we developed a comprehensive messaging guide that included a refined mission statement, elevator pitch, core values, tagline options, and audience-specific problem statements. This gave Juno the language and confidence to talk about their offerings with clarity and purpose.
With the messaging foundation in place, we moved into digital marketing support, launching a consistent email newsletter and building out a content strategy to promote their events on social media. The result? A clear voice, aligned outreach, and a steady cadence that keeps their audience in the loop and inspired to take part.
