For many years, they have built strong brand awareness through referrals and word of mouth, but Anders recognized that to scale the architecture firm, it’s time to streamline their marketing efforts and develop a true strategy. Let’s take a look at how Lawson House partnered with their team.
SOLUTION:
We first started with a 60-minute strategy session. This allowed our team to dive deeper and assess the business goals, clarify pieces of their messaging, redefine their target market, and explore different marketing channels they can leverage.
After their strategy session, our team continued with market research and messaging development. We delivered a full messaging guide that clarified their core values, brand position, and tagline options. We also created a roadmap for their customer journey that detailed how they engage with clients at different touchpoints and what marketing strategies they can use to maximize customer engagement.
As we began putting their strategy in place, we reviewed the fundamentals of their brand. To help build a cohesive, high-end look that emulates the ALA client experience, we completed a brand refresh, new website design, revised their pitch deck and other marketing materials, and started ongoing work to enhance their social media presence.
RESULTS:
Just three months after launching their new website, traffic increased by 40% — all while retaining the #1 ranking for "Laguna BeachArchitects." And the momentum didn't stop there. Within the first week of onboarding, their social media content saw a 50% jump in engagement and their highest year-to-date impressions.
